Both tea urn nozzles of the tea urns in lobby had dried debris inside; nozzles must be completely disassembled and cleaned and sanitized every 24 hours. Eggs are not marked as being able to order undercooked nor is there a corresponding consumer advisory on the drive-thru menu, and inside consumer advisory is posted but combinations are not marked. Shell eggs and open carton of pasteurized eggs out on prep table next to flat top grill, not being held at required low temperature nor timed for how long they had been sitting out. Splashguard installed on side of flat top grill with accumulation of egg debris from eggs being cracked against the shield; must be cleaned and sanitized every four hours. Shelving under prep areas/flat top/oven need more frequent cleaning to prevent the accumulation of food debris/trash that can be attraction for pests. Floor needs a good cleaning under all cook and holding equipment in the cook area.
