Earlier this month the Heart in Hand Quilt Guild drew a winner for its annual quilt raffle to benefit The Bowen Center for the Arts. A raffle quilt is prepared and donated every year in their effort to help the Bowen support programs for children and the arts throughout the year. More than 45 members participated in the queen size quilt "Autumn Mountains" raffle through planning, sewing and promotion.
