Do all these things.

Wearing a cloth face mask works. Staying 6 feet away from people works. Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds works.  Using hand sanitizers works.  Staying at home works. Only one person from the home going to the grocery store works. All of these actions work.

You cannot pick and choose which one you want to use. You have to use all of them. How long do you have to do these things? For as long as it takes. Remember you can only get the coronavirus from another person, directly or indirectly. You can give the coronavirus to another person even though you have no symptoms. To paraphrase Benjamin Franklin, never be a borrower or a lender of the coronavirus.

There is good news! In certain areas of the country they are seeing a decline in new coronavirus cases.  They attribute this to social distancing and shelter-at-home.

These things work. We just have to do them. Thanks for reading.
