The Dawson County Board of Commissioners will have a special called meeting Sept. 19 for the purpose of discussing the proposed 2018 county budget.

The meeting will be held beginning at 5 p.m. in the commissioner's meeting room at the Dawson County Government Building at 25 Justice Way in Dawsonville.

The public is invited to attend and be heard.

The board could vote to approve the budget at its Sept. 21 voting session, which also begins at 5 p.m.
