Is the Dawsonville Music & Beer Festival portraying the right image for the kids of our county and for the kids for Zac Brown's camp for which some of the funds are being raised?
There are better ways to raise money and promote our great community than opening up our city and county to two nights and a day of festival beer drinking.
Our kids are hearing and watching - what kind of message does this give them? That the outcome justifies the means?
No amount of money, for whatever good reason, is worth leading a child, or anyone, in the wrong direction.
It is also not worth jeopardizing the safety of participants and non-participants on the road.
