Head Coach Jeff Lee has been pleased with the turnout for summer football conditioning so far this summer.

Lee said that more than 70 players have shown up during the first two weeks of the conditioning program.

"We are very pleased with the effort and attendance so far this summer," Lee said.

The team will continue lifting, agilities and conditioning throughout June before taking the week off at the beginning of July.

"The guys have picked up on the intensity of our speed and agility program, and know now what is expected of them during these workouts," Lee said. "In the weight room, the speed at which we lift has changed to a much faster pace. We will begin individual, position and team segments of the workouts this week.

The Tigers will also compete in a couple of passing leagues during the summer before practice officially begins.
