The Dawson County High School boys' tennis team defeated Fannin County, 4-1, March 18 in Dawsonville.
Coach Ryan Coker's No. 1 boys singles player Dillard Blanton lost a close match, 7-6, 6-4, to the Rebels.
The Tigers would dominate the rest of the day with the No. 2 singles, Hayden Roper, defeating his opponent 6-2, 7-5.
Tristen Ingram won at No. 3 singles 6-0, 6-1.
Both doubles teams won easily.
The No. 1 team of Mahdi Nourbakhsh and Garrett Carlisle won 6-0 and 6-1.
The No. 2 team of Andrew Hafermalz and Derek Chambers won 6-2 and 7-5.
"All the guys played great matches," Coker said.
The team is currently 3-1 on the season.
