The Dawson County High School boys' tennis team lost two matches last week.

The Tigers were defeated on March 24 by West Hall by a 5-0 score and then on March 25 by a score of 4-1 to Franklin County.

Hayden Roper was the lone Tiger to win a match.

Currently the team is in fourth place in Region 7-AAA.

Up next for the Tigers is the region tournament, which is scheduled to begin on April 16.

This year's tournament will be hosted by West Hall High School and will be played at Alberta Park in Hall County.
