The Dawson County High School boys and girls golf teams held end of the year banquets May 16.

Head Coach Van Samples congratulated his players on a fine season.
Wesley Bearden and Rachel Dotson, Dawson's only two seniors, were recognized for all their hard work during the year.

With only two seniors the future looks bright for the Tigers and Lady Tigers, according to Samples.

On the girls' side, juniors Tayler Hasbrouck and Tatum Turner will return next year, along with freshman Becca Dotson.

The Tigers will return several golfers, including juniors John Chameli, Logan Lewis and Caleb Samples. Samples will see three sophomores come back: Casey Compton, Clay Glover and Levi Samples.

Also returning will be several freshmen: Kyle Bertolone, Tyler Blalock, Lucas Brumbelow, Craig Butler, Bryan Colin, Braxton Hubbard, Austin Hutching, Zach Jones, Jacob Lunsford and John Pulley.
