Dawson County High School Head Football Coach Jeff Lee and his 2014 edition of Tiger football have several camps, 7-on-7 passing events, weight training and agility sessions scheduled this summer.

Dawson County has already participated in 7-on-7 passing dates with North Forsyth, Riverside Military Academy, East Jackson and Seqouyah.

The Tigers are currently holding workout sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-10:30 a.m.

After the "dead week" in July Dawson County will hold workouts at the same times Monday through Thursday, July 7-24.

First day of helmets and shorts will begin on July 24.

On July 7-9 all players, except linemen, will travel to Clinton, S.C. for the annual Presbyterian College passing camp.

"We have attended this camp almost every year since I have been here," Lee said. "I think our players get to see some real good competition at the camp."

The Tigers will travel to a FCA camp July 31 through Aug. 4 in Black Mountain, N.C.

Dawson County will participate in two scrimmage games during the summer.

The Tigers will play host to Westminster on July 15 and North Hall on July 22. Both games will be played in Tiger Stadium and are scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.
