The Dawson County junior varsity girls basketball team lost a close contest to East Hall in Dawsonville last week.

Jordan Moore led the Lady Tigers in scoring with 9 points in the 35-31 loss on Jan. 27.

The girls will be back in action Friday with a game at Rabun County.

Game time will be 4 p.m.

Lady Tigers scorers: Moore - 9 points, Hannah Moye - 6 points, Brooke Wende - 5 points, Madison Shope - 4 points, Alison Honea - 4 points and Emily Ayers - 3 points.
