Wade Luckett, 75, of Cumming, died July 26, 2010.
He was an active member of Cumming First Baptist Church, the Lions Club, Masons and was retired from AT&T after 31 years.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Luckett of Cumming; daughters and sons-in-law, Jean (John) Capo of Big Canoe, Anne (Tom) Connor of Cumming, Tricia (Ralph) Culver of Lebanon, Tenn.; grandchildren, Julie Armstrong, Dawne Vaughan, Chris Capo, Jeannie Cameron, Jessica Peacock; great-grandchildren, Alex, Sydney, Aidan, Roger, McKayla, Andy; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Luckett, Madelyn Luckett, Mabel Hammock, Rachel Jordan and Verlie Young; brother-in-law, Ben Jordan; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. July 28 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Drs. Bob Jolly and Jim Dwiggins officiating. Entombment followed in Sawnee View Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to the First Baptist Church of Cumming Building Fund, 1597 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, GA 30040. The Welcome Sunday School Class served as honorary escorts.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
