Virginia Looper Taylor, 90, of Alpharetta, died July 7, 2017. Born Sept. 11, 1926 in Kennesaw, to the late William and Rosa Lee Robertson, she lived in Dawson County for more than 20 years before moving to Atlanta and then to Alpharetta. For several years, while in Dawson County, Virginia worked as the personnel director for Sweet-Orr.
