Sylvia “Annette” Manning

Sylvia “Annette” Manning, 71, of Dawsonville died March 27, 2018.

Mrs. Manning was born May 20, 1946 in Griffin and had been a resident of Dawsonville for over 25 years. 

She retired from Bellsouth Telecommunications on Dec. 18, 1994 after 30 years of loyal service. 

Annette will be remembered for her complete dedication to her husband, children, grandchildren, family and many friends.  She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Her parents, Doyle and Mary “Mimi” Vaughan and son, Jeffrey Scott Manning, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Frank Manning of Dawsonville; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Jon Spangler of Braselton; daughter-in-law, Debbie Manning of Worton, Md.; grandchildren, Keith French, Ryan Manning, Jack Manning, Kristin French and Jensen Brock, Katie French, Skylar Spangler; sisters and brothers-in-law, Victoria and Steve Brumbelow of Dawsonville, Susan and Joe Chadwick of Snellville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. March 31 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Evans officiating.  Interment followed in Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family received friends at the funeral home from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. March 30.
