Shirley A. Workman, 72, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 4, 2018. Born Aug. 13, 1946 in Atlanta to the late Richard and Jeanne Crain, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 20 years having moved from Oklahoma City. Mrs. Workman retired as a secretary for the Federal Government following 30 years of service. She and her husband enjoyed living in Athens Boat Club.
