Robert W. Vasquez, 82, died March 4, 2016. Mr. Vasquez was born Oct. 7, 1933 in Plainfield, N.J., to the late William and Pauline Rose Vasquez. He lived 30 years in Atlanta and, after his retirement, lived in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., before moving to Dawson County.
