Robert Samuel "Sam" Henderson, 36, of Cleveland, Ga. (formerly of Forsyth County), died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009.

He was a loving son, husband, father and brother.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Henderson of Cleveland; parents, Jimmy and Joyce Henderson of Dawsonville; children, Cara Henderson, Caleb Hipps, Cameron Hipps and Caitlyn Hipps, all of Cleveland; brother, Drew Henderson of Dawsonville; grandparents, Robert and Voncile Lee of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Burpee officiating.

Interment, with Honors by the Forsyth County Fire Department Honor Guard, followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
