Nancy Talton Holman, 64, of Dawsonville, died Feb. 3, 2010.

Born in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late G.N. and Louise Talton.

Her brother, Tim Talton; sister, Sandra Cobb; and niece, Jackie Talton, preceded her in death.

A member of Liberty Baptist Church, Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Survivors include her husband, William C. Holman; son, Andy (Heather) Holman; daughter, Mandi (Jeremy) Carver; grandchildren, Denver and Dalton Carver, Blake Holman and Ashley McCloud; sisters, Norma (Randall) Fortner, Ellen (Steven) Woody; brother, Randy Talton; sister-in-law, Dale Talton; five nephews; four nieces; five great-nephews; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home.

Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to United Hospice, 700 South Enota, Ste. 202, Gainesville, GA 30501.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
