Mildred Westray, 89, of Cumming, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009.

Mrs. Westray was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.

Her parents, Gober and Ida Mae Whitmire; brothers, Albert and Jimmy Whitmire; son-in-law, Keith Wolfe; and, sister-in-law, Arlene Bennett, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard Westray of Cumming; children, Betty Wolfe of Dacula, Larry and Judy Westray, Janice and Charles Walls, all of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, L.D. and Ann Whitmire of Gainesville; brother-in-law, Tommy Westray of Cumming; sisters-in-law, Barbara Hamby, Nell Welch, both of Cumming; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Danny Bennett, Vernie Worley, Wilson Pruitt and Hughlan Cochran officiating.

Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
