Mary Hulsey, 84, of Dawsonville, died July 11, 2017. Born Sept. 18, 1932 to the late J.C. and Kate Slaton, Mary was a lifelong resident of Dawson County. She was a graduate of Dawson County High School, class of 1949, and also worked for the Dawson County School System for many years as a substitute teacher and teacher's aide at Robinson Elementary School.
