Mark Abbott, 54, a native of Dawsonville, died June 6, 2010.

Survivors include his siblings, Bruce and Elaine Abbott, Joanne Abbott, Jeff and Margaret Abbott, Terry and Deborah Abbott, all of Dawsonville; nieces and nephews, Samantha Gilreath, Elijah Wilder, Jeffrey and Jenna Abbott, Drew and Trevor Abbott; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. June 9 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Dumas officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
