Marilyn P. Grossenbacher, 93, of Big Canoe, died Dec. 4, 2014.

Her husband of 66 years, George Grossenbacher, preceded her in death.

Professionally, they owned and operated Mr. George Furs, Inc. in Atlanta and were associated with Cullums and Richard's Furs of Augusta.

They were active in several square and round dance clubs and the Atlanta and Georgia Square Dance Associations.

Survivors include three daughters and their husbands, Charlotte and Sam Elkins of Big Canoe, Marilyn Jeanne and C. Noel Brown of North Augusta, S.C., Robbye and Daniel Miller of Canton; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; various other relatives also survive.

Memorial services were held at 1 p.m. Dec. 11 at the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
