Lynn Gregory, 73, of Ball Ground, died June 5, 2015.

Born Jan. 12, 1942 in Walterboro, S.C., to the late Phillip and Lucille Gregory, he lived in Florida and North Carolina before moving to this area several years ago.

Lynn attended the University of Alabama and owned and operated several businesses.

His sister, Irene Avant, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, DeeAnna Gregory of Ball Ground; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Kelly Gregory of Lynchburg, Va.; daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Bill Louder of Virginia; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Storm and Jason Hall of Cumming; several grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

At his request, Mr. Gregory was cremated and no services are planned at this time.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
