Lukas Marc Martin-McBrayer, 1, of Cumming, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008.
His grandfather, Dean McBrayer, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his parents, Dexter McBrayer and Ashley Martin of Cumming; brother, Nathaniel Smith of Cumming; grandparents, Randy and Mattie Martin of Cumming, Peggy Swanson of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. at Hopewell United Methodist Church with the Rev. Michael Willis Patrick officiating.
McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
