Kathleen “Kathy” Allen, 67, died Dec. 18, 2017. Kathy was born May 17, 1950 to the late Oliver and Evelyn (Faglier) Hood in Orlando, Fla. Kathy was a member of Enotah Baptist Church in Hiawassee. She was a devoted wife to Edward Allen, they married Aug. 3, 2012 in Hiawassee Georgia. She worked as an LPN for over 25 years caring for special needs children.
