Judith “Judie” Elton, 67, of Dahlonega, died Dec. 10, 2017 Born March 26, 1950 in Chicago, Ill. to the late John R., Jr. and Lillie Mae Cockerel, she had lived in Lumpkin County since 1995 having moved from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She was employed over 25 years in the printing industry and after moving to Dahlonega, Judie was employed at Grizzle Grading & Excavating. She enjoyed nature photography, possessed a love for animals and enjoyed the outdoors.
