John K. Everett, 30, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 17, 2010.

  

Born Aug. 20, 1980 in Atlanta, Mr. Everett lived most of his life in Dawson County.

  

He was employed by Smith Welding Products.

  

He was an avid dirt bike racer. He had won numerous races in his career and was the 2010 points champion.

  

John was a devoted husband and father.

  

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Everett of Dawsonville; daughters, Karma Everett, MaKale Everett, Jaida Singleton Everett, all of Dawsonville; father and stepmother, Jerry and Sharon Everett of Hiawassee; mother and stepfather, Cheryl and Ray Biggers Jr. of Newnan; sister and brother-in-law, Tracy and Adam Grizzle of Dallas; brother, Matthew Everett of Dallas; grandparents, Ben and Lynnette Maxwell of Marietta; various other relatives also survive.

  

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 20 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jesse Chism officiating.

  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to offset final expenses.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
