John Dallas Hall, 93, a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010.

  

He was a lifelong member and Deacon of Sharon Baptist Church.

  

His first wife, Alice Hall, and, brother, Eloy Hall, preceded him in death.

  

Survivors include his wife, Irene Hall of Cumming; daughters and sons-in-law, LaVon and Larry Bennett of Cumming, Phyllis and Wayne McPherson of Dawsonville; son and daughter-in-law, Van and Ginny Hall of Suwanee; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Glenn Vaughan of Cumming; 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; sister, Thelma Fauscett of Cumming; brother and sister-in-law, Leland and Winnie Hall of Suwanee; sister, Bertha Cox of Roswell; brother, Talmadge Hall of Dallas; sisters-in-law, Marjorie Hall of Suwanee, Sybyl Anglin of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Brian Rhodes, Chad McPherson and Alvin Hall officiating.

  

Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

  

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
