Jimmie Lou Phillips, 69, of Dawsonville, died Aug. 2, 2013.

A native of Forsyth County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Coy Mullinax.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Charles Phillips of Dawsonville; children, Jonathan and Sandra Phillips, Angela and Scott Watson, all of Cumming, Michael and JoAnn Phillips of Snyder, Okla., Melissa Phillips and Tom Mantha of Hixson, Tenn., James and Brandy Phillips of Dawsonville; brothers, Kenneth and Gail Mullinax, Billy and Brenda Mullinax, all of Cumming; sister, Montez and Cecil Pruitt of Cumming; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life was held at 2 p.m. Aug. 6, in the McDonald and Son Chapel with the Revs. Joey Phillips and Dean Pugh officiating.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
