Ila Mae Phillips, 91, of Dawsonville, died Feb.16, 2018. Born Oct.26, 1926 in Waycross to the late Claude and Marie Lovett, she had lived in Dawson County since 1985 having moved from Clarkston. Mrs. Phillips took great pride in being a devoted homemaker, mother and friend and was a member of Mt. Paran Church of God.
