Howard D. Troville, 69, of Winder, died Dec. 27, 2017. Mr. Troville was born Sept. 23, 1948 in Burlington, Vt. to the late Howard and Georgette Troville. An honorably discharged U.S. Air Force veteran who served from 1966 to 1970, Mr. Troville voluntarily enlisted and served as a SP (Security Police) officer.
