Glenn M. Moore, 60, of Lawrenceville, died Aug. 8, 2010. He was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church.

  

Through the years, Glenn was active with his children, coaching various sports.

  

He was also known for his "kindness" to all in his work place, as well as the community.

  

His parents; Tennie and A.T. Moore; brothers and sisters, Junior Moore, Dale Moore, Mike Moore, Billy Moore, Jimmy Moore, Julian Moore Saunders, Ruby Moore, Edith Moore Looper; son, Sammy Moore, preceded him in death.

  

Survivors include his children, Tammy LeBaron of Dawsonville, Teri Gilleland and husband, Sam, of Dahlonega, Lauren Moore of Lawrenceville; daughter-in-law, April Moore of Dahlonega; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth and Edwin Looper, Jama and J.L. Evans; brothers and sisters-in-law, Hugh and Louise Moore, Len and Carolyn Moore; grandchildren, Kelton and Kenna LeBaron, Camden and Addyson-Iva Moore; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Aug. 10 at Concord Baptist Church with the Rev. Rodney Pilcher officiating. Interment followed in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

  

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to Citizens Bank of Forsyth County, c/o The Sammy Moore Fund, 651 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Cumming, GA 30040.

  

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
