George "Goody" Goedhart, 70, of Dawsonville, died March 5, 2016. Born Nov. 23, 1945, Mr. Goedhart lived most of his life in East Rutherford, N.J. He spent his working career as a carpenter where he was a member of Local 15. Prior to his carpentry work he spent a number of years in the music industry as a drummer, where he played with many recording artists and toured with the band Salvation.
