Franklin "Del" Richardson, 56, of Dawsonville, died July 5, 2017. Born Sept. 23, 1960 in Savannah, Mr. Richardson had been a resident of Dawson County for more than 30 years. A member of Shepherd's Chapel, he studied his Bible daily.
