Frank E. Manning, 72, of Dawsonville, died April 26, 2018. Born Jan. 19, 1946, Mr. Manning had been a resident of Dawsonville for over 25 years. A loving husband, father and friend, he was a man of God and a rock for his family. Frank retired from General Motors after 30 years of service and served as a deacon at Trinity Baptist Church in Dawsonville. His wife, Sylvia “Annette” Manning; son, Jeffrey Scott Manning; parents, Frank Manning and Dimple Manning Carter; sister, Patsy Kidd; and brother, Hoyt Manning, preceded him in death.
