Frances Hardigree Hutchins, 79, of Lawrenceville, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009.

  

Born May 13, 1930 in Hoschton to the late Thedford and Varie Allen, she lived in Lawrenceville for 25 years, having moved from Oakwood.

  

Frances spent her life dedicated to her family and her work and was a member of Center United Methodist Church.

  

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hutchins; son, Terry Phillip Hardigree; and brother, Leroy Allen.

  

Survivors include her children, Twanda and Bruce McElreath of Bethlehem, Tyron and Donna Hardigree of Dawsonville; sisters, Sue Meadows of Lawrenceville, Gloria "Priss" Clark of Hoschton; brothers, Bill Allen, Donald Allen, both of Hoschton; grandchildren, Ron Hardigree, Todd Hardigree, Cindy Hardigree, Aamna "Brandi" Kahn, Terry Garrett, Jared Hardigree, Cameron Hardigree; eight great-grandchildren; special friend, George Wilson; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31 at Center United Methodist Church in Hoschton, with the remains placed in state at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Clinton Wise will officiate.

  

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

  

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
