Earl B. Fry, 77, of Cumming, died Jan. 30, 2014.

Mr. Fry was born Oct. 5, 1936 in Nankin, Ohio. He lived in Ashland, Ohio for 44 years, and 28 years in Johnson City, Tenn.

Mr. Fry graduated from Greenwich High School. He retired from The Budd Company after 15 years, then went to work for NN Ball in Johnson City, Tenn. and retired from there to Cumming after 15 years.

Mr. Fry was an active member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Dawsonville.

His parents, Mont and Lona Fry; one grandchild and one daughter, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Fry of Cumming; children, Bob and Karen Fry, Wayne and Christa Mushett, all of Montana, Terry Miller and Wayne Schmidt, Cheryl Cleland and Calvin Bate, all of Ohio, Mike Fry of Oklahoma, Brian and Teresa Fry, Kelly and Bill Freeman, Tracy Fry and Mike Smith, Jamie and Trisha Fry, all of Tennessee, Tim and Shannon Garn, Kim Peoples, all of Georgia; stepchildren, David and Dana Funk of Florida, Cindy and Jeffrey Johnson, Holly and Gary Grubbs, all of Georgia; three brothers; seven sisters; 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life dinner was held from noon to 3 p.m., Feb. 1, in the reception hall of McDonald and Son Funeral Home for family and friends.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
