Douglas Dillard Jones, 45, of Dawsonville, died Feb. 5, 2011.

He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

He was a former special education school bus driver for Forsyth County. He also worked for the City of Cumming at the water department.

His father, Dillard Jones; brother, Don Jones; brother-in-law, the Rev. Wayne Samples, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Willene Jones of Cumming; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Stephen Samples, Shelia and Tony Garrett, all of Cumming, Shirley and Larry Bradford of Alpharetta; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Feb. 10 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Danny Bennett and Danny Orr officiating. Interment followed at Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
