Brian Thomas Johnson, 27, of Cumming, died Jan. 21, 2015.

He was born on July 11, 1987 in Suffern, N.Y., to David and Dorothy Schmidt Johnson.

He worked for Sawnee EMC, and was owner of Predator Maxx Wildlife Control.

He was previously employed by TimberGhost Hunting and Fishing.

Brian loved his family, friends and spending time outdoors. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and trapper.

His grandfather, Donald P. Schmidt, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his parents, David and Dorothy Johnson of Cumming; brothers, Matthew and Michael, both of Cumming; grandparents, John and Faye Johnson of Columbus, Ohio, Dorothy Schmidt of Eagle Valley, Tuxedo, N.Y.; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Jan. 26 at Deer Creek Shores Presbyterian Church, 7620 Lanier Dr., Cumming.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made in Brian's memory to Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation, P.O. Box 241, Harborcreek, PA 16421.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
