Bonnie Mills, 77, a native and lifelong resident of Forsyth County, died Sept. 14, 2013.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Bonnie and her husband, Billy, served Forsyth County in the family restaurant business for 43 years.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and sister-in-law.

She had a love for people and enjoyed talking with everyone she met.

During Bonnie's battle with cancer, she served as an inspiration to many sharing with them how her life was in the Good Lord's hands.

Her husband, Billy Mills; parents, Joel and Ola Mae Yarbrough; infant brother, Vernie Yarbrough, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Danny Padgett of Washington; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Debbie Mills of Cumming; grandchildren, Danielle and Bradley Cox of Canton, Nicholas and Robin Padgett of Dawsonville, Tiffany and Wesley Mills of Jasper, Chad Mills of Cumming; great-grandchildren, Katie and Andy Cox, Nolen and William Padgett; great-grandchild to be, Bryce; sisters, Vera Cowart, Eula Mae Stancil; sisters-in-law, Lucille Hamby, Colleen and Clifton Bobo, Paulette and Mark Grant, Bernice Mills; special friends, Yvonne Smallwood, Nathanial and Vivian Handsard; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sept. 17 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Pete Martin, Tommy Estes, Danny Orr and Donnie Nix officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
