Bobby Dean Bagby

Bobby Dean Bagby, 54, of Zeeland, Mich., formerly of Silver City, died Feb. 12, 2015.

He was of the Baptist faith and most recently attended Central Wesleyan Church in Holland, Mich.

Bobby earned a bachelor's degree from North Georgia College and a master's degree at Clemson University, where he developed a lifelong love of Clemson Tiger football.

He was the happiest when he was surrounded by his family and especially loved being a papa to his two grandchildren.

His parents, Loyd "Cup" Bagby and Grace Bagby; and sister, Marshall Hall, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Penny Bagby; children, Raina and Kyle Baker, Chelsea Bagby, Ben Bagby; grandchildren, Lainey and Silas Baker; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Brenda Bagby; mother and father-in-law, Cecil and Sandra Bennett; brothers and sisters-in-law, Darle Hall, Phillip and Teresa Burt, Russ and Susan Bennett; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Feb. 21 at Liberty Baptist Church in Dawsonville with the Revs. Dennis Bottoms and Phillip Burt officiating.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
