Arielle Jaylynn Devilla, 17, of Dawsonville, died Nov. 9, 2016.

Born Oct. 27, 1999 in South Charleston, W. Va., she had lived in Dawson County for the past three years.

Arielle was a junior at Dawson County High School, where she was in the honor society and was a member of F.B.L.A., the chorus and marching band.

She was an accomplished artist and musician and was a very independent person who loved simple things, her family and her friends.

Her big dream was to have a little tiny house.

Her grandmother, Rena Pauley; and an uncle, Christopher Young, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her father and stepmother, Fritz and Andy Devilla of Dawsonville; mother, Elizabeth Devilla of Luck, Wis.; brother, Harly Devilla of Dawsonville; sister, Izabelle Devilla of Dawsonville; grandparents, Antonio and Charita Devilla of Dawsonville, Mike Pauley of Florida, Jenny Pauley of West Virginia; aunts, Kim Whittington, Stella Davis, Marie Young; uncles, Josh Pauley, Jay Davies; cousins, Gabrielle, Ela, Jayden and Danielle; various other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life was held at 2 p.m. Nov. 13 in the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Diosmar Natad officiating.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
