Amy Leanne Evers 35, of Cumming, died Oct. 16, 2017.

Her brother, Bradley Hirtz, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband Chad Evers; daughter, Makenna Evers; son, Caleb Evers; mother and stepfather, Kathleen and Eddie Wittmeyer; John and Brenda Hirtz; various other relatives also survive.

Visitation was held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 20 at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home following the visitation.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
