City council approves rezoning that would allow for the construction of 25 new townhomes off Highway 9

During the Aug. 5 meeting of the Dawsonville City Council, council members voted to approve a rezoning request for 4.68 acres of land located at 401 Highway 9 North, across from Lanier Technical College, to allow for the construction of a proposed 25 townhomes.
