After the winter holidays, health inspections resumed for multiple Dawson County restaurants.

The Dawson County Environmental Health Department conducted routine inspections on the following food service establishments from Dec. 30 through Jan. 12.

Restaurants are given a letter grade that coincides with a percentile: “A” (90-100), “B” (80-89), “C” (70-79), “U” (69 and below).
