Local businesswoman Barbara Roberts has recently started marketing Neumi products, using her personal story and experiences as a way to help her fellow community members age well. 

Roberts said that she first heard about Neumi from a friend, and she first tried the products back in October of last year. 

“I started taking it October 6; these last three years have been just God-awful in so many different ways and my anxiety level was through the roof but two days after starting taking this I was calm,” Roberts said. “Then, a couple days later, the brain fog that I had been having like crazy was 80 percent better. My skin has gotten better and my age spots have greatly diminished.” 

Neumi products include glutathione, which is a major antioxidant in the body, she explained. 

“It affects everything from your brain, your whole body all the way down,” Roberts said. “As we get older, we don’t utilize it as well as we do when we were younger, so it actually ends up getting destroyed in the stomach — this company Neumi came up with a way around that. They have nano-sized particles so that they will go directly into your bloodstream; you just swish it in your mouth under your tongue where it goes immediately into your body and affects everything from your head, spleen, heart, everything else.” 

Neumi products consist of a “nutriswish” liquid or a spray for the skin, and Roberts said that the combination of the two has worked wonders for her personally. 

“This is a product that I ran across here, and it has done wonders for me so I decided this was something that I wanted to share with people because it is pretty awesome,” Roberts said. 

On April 26, the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Roberts. Before cutting the ribbon, Chamber President and CEO Mandy Power thanked Roberts for sharing her personal story and using it to help others in the community. 

“It speaks volumes when you’re a user of the product and think how you can help everyone else out,” Power said.
