Beginning next week, Grace Café at Grace Presbyterian Church will be serving free meals from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays. The program will continue throughout the summer.

The church has stopped its twice-weekly luncheon service.

The church is at the intersection of Hwy. 53 and Hwy. 9 in downtown Dawsonville.

Grace Presbyterian opened its soup kitchen in April 2008 after the church purchased a commercial stove to feed the hungry.

According to church members, no one that's hungry will be turned away.
