The Mayor of Whoville along with Cindy Lou-Who and the Grinch himself traveled all the way to Dawsonville to serve as judges in the second annual Christmas Parade hosted by the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce. The Rotary Club of Dawson County won Best Of for the parade. Girl Scout Troop 10875 won most creative. Ribbons were also given out for best in class to: Northstar Bicycle, North Georgia Academy of Martial Arts, Atlanta Motorsports Park, Christmas for Critters, Bojangles and Harmony Baptist Church.
