A Dawson County teacher and a Gilmer County man have been arrested.

Nicole Leigh Cagle, 41, a teacher at Robinson Elementary School, was arrested in Gilmer County in the early morning hours of June 22. She was charged with being a party to the crime of criminal trespass, and allowing another to violate state law, according to an incident report obtained from the Gilmer County Sheriffs office.

Cagle is a resident of Ellijay in Gilmer County. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Robinson Elementary School and has been with the school system since August 2005, according to Dianne Allison, payroll and benefits administrator with the Dawson County School Board.
