A $250,000 bond was set last week for the Dawsonville man accused in the shooting

death of a popular Dawson County coach and father.

Herman Bo Seppenfield VII, 50, was charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a fire arm during the commission of a felony crime in connection with the Nov. 22 shooting death of Alan Brandon Weaver, also of Dawson County.

Weaver died from two gunshot wounds fired at close range during a fight with Seppenfield at a home in the southeastern part of Dawson County.

A co-defendant in the case, Tory Jude Miguez, also of Dawsonville had bond set at $35,000 last week by Superior Court Judge Jason Deal.

Miguez was charged with possession of a fire arm during the commission of a felony against another person and two counts of aggravated assault, according to court

documents.

Seppenfield and Miguez remain in the Dawson County jail.
